How much are the delivery charges?

Ishkaara provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 899/-. Otherwise Rs. 70/- is charged towards shipping charges.

What is the estimated delivery time?

An order gets delivered within 2-10 days from the order date. This includes the order processing time. While most orders are delivered under 7 days, a few may be delivered in 7-10 days.

How will the delivery be done?

We send all packages via the best and reputed courier services only, ensuring speedy delivery and timely issue resolution.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, etc.)?

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) wherever applicable.

How do I track my shipment?

We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking. This link will be sent to the customer directly via the courier aggregator.

What pincodes do you ship to?

Ishkaara ships to almost all pincodes in India with the Cash on Delivery option. 

Is there an option for Express Delivery?

Ishkaara has an option of Express Delivery.

- Express Shipping service is Chargeable between Rs. 100 to Rs. 350 depending on delivery area.

- Express Shipping can only be done on weekdays from Monday to Saturday. Express parcel reaches the next working day in Delhi NCR, and in case of other states it takes 2-4 working days at the maximum.

International Shipping

International Shipping Charges are applicable, as per actuals, depending on the pincode and weight of your parcel. You can confirm your order via our website, and our team will contact you for the shipping charges. As the recipient, you are legally liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties (if any) in order to release your order from your respective country’s customs on arrival.
