To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Always remove your pieces before showering, swimming, or working out. Store them in a cool, dry, airtight container—preferably in a soft pouch or plastic box to prevent scratches and tarnish. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. For longer-lasting shine, wear your jewelry after applying makeup or skincare, and keep it away from direct sunlight and humidity when not in use.

How much are the delivery charges?

Ishkaara provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 899/-. Otherwise Rs. 70/- is charged towards shipping charges.

What is the estimated delivery time?

An order gets delivered within 2-10 days from the order date. This includes the order processing time. While most orders are delivered under 7 days, a few may be delivered in 7-10 days.

How do I track my shipment?
We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking. This link will be sent to the customer directly via the courier aggregator.

Return and Refunds:
We entertain return and refund requests only in case the product is found defective/ damaged during transit or is missing. It will be returned or replaced with a fresh piece.
You are required to record a complete unboxing video from start to end and without any cuts in between. The video should clearly show the outer packaging along with your address label, the inner contents and the product received inside.
For exceptional cases, we accept returns however the shipping charges would be applicable.
