We entertain return and refund requests only in case the product is found defective/ damaged during transit or is missing. As per return/ exchange policy, only if the product is found defective or in case of missing product, it will be returned or replaced with a fresh piece.
You are required to record a complete unboxing video from start to end and without any cuts in between. The video should clearly show the outer packaging along with your address label, the inner contents and the product received inside.
Damages and issues
DO NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER IF THE PARCEL SEEMS DAMAGED/ TORN WHILE YOU RECEIVE IT DURING DELIVERY!
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, with a parcel opening video so that we can evaluate the issue and take action. Complaint has to be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. Complaints without the parcel opening video will not be considered.
NOTE-
- The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
- We will arrange a reverse pick up from the address
- Return/ exchange will only be accepted if you provide a parcel opening video.
If your return is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up.
If you still wish to return the product for reasons not listed above, send us your query we will take the product back if it in the same condition you receive it and refund you the amount deducting the shipping cost.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
