How much are the delivery charges?
Ishkaara provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 500/-. Otherwise Rs. 70/- is charged towards shipping charges.
What is the estimated delivery time?
If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 2-10 days from the order date. This includes the order processing time. While most items are delivered in 3-7 days, there are a few items which may be delivered in 7-10 days.
How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via Shiprocket courier services.
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, etc.)?
There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) wherever applicable.
How do I track my shipment?
Ishkaara uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking. This link will be sent to the customer directly via Shiprocket.
What pincodes do you ship to?
Ishkaara ships to almost all pincodes in India with the Cash on Delivery option.
Is there an option for Express Delivery?
Ishkaara has an option of Express Delivery and Next Day delivery services.
- Express Shipping service is Chargeable between Rs. 80 to Rs. 150 depending on delivery area.
- Express Shipping can only be done on weekdays from Monday to Saturday. Express parcel takes 2-4 days to reach within India.
Next Day delivery option has a flat charge of Rs. 200
It takes 1-2 days to reach the destination.
